GreenCode is addressing the challenges faced by caregivers and those in need of care in Costa Rica. The platform is designed to bridge the gap between public and private care services, providing a secure and centralized hub for caregivers and service seekers. With support from the IADB this platform seeks to streamline the process of accessing the National Care System services (SINCA) thus offering educational resources to enhance the care quality. The platform will integrate training material and geolocate and centralize services provided by Social Welfare Organizations (OBS), fostering a more integrated care community.
Given the number of government dependencies and stakeholders involved, an iterative and incremental processes was selected to manage the project complexity effectively.Kanban boards principles are used as the agile framework (instead of Scrum) to visualize work, limit work in progress, manage flow, and continuously improve.Key methodologies including clickable prototypes in Figma are used to prioritize user needs and visualize the user journey across stakeholders. An user-centric design ensures it meets the evolving needs of its users, driving continuous improvement and adaptation
AI is used across the entire project by every role to increase productivity, like ChatGPT to proactively detect missing requirements, or Github Copilot to foster the quality of the source code and the development process.
Our solution will provide an unified platform that simplifies access to care services, enhancing the efficiency and quality of care in Costa Rica.
