Tiko Global is an international trader of unprocessed food like coffee, sugar, flour, jam, among others. As many companies, Tiko has several legacy systems that are not integrated and some of its processes are still manually operated. Tiko called Greencode to develop an integrated logistics marketplace, Uber-like, specialized in B2B, for local and international food retailers of any size
Greencode worked directly with the client to help them understand what they needed to improve the app functionalities. With design thinking techniques, we worked side by side to decide what the client needed and with Agile methodology and Scrum techniques, we prioritized the epics to develop a multi-year backlog with a team of 15 devs. We proposed a specific team for this engagement: Reacts web & Mobile, Ruby on Rails, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA automation & DevOps. Every development was carefully tested by our team of manual and automated QAs and reviewed by our Tech Leads
Food suppliers can post their products in a marketplace with an integrated logistics module like UBER.
